RECIPE OF THE MONTH
Southwestern Chicken Burger
Ingredients:
2 pounds ground chicken or turkey
2 cups crushed tortilla chips ( I prefer the look of multi-colored chips)
1 egg
1 1/2 tablespoons cajun spice
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons pepper
2 teaspoons chili powder
Combine all the ingredients together. Form into 6 equal balls and form into patties.
Pan fry or grill until done.
Top with cheddar and sour cream.
