The Two Bridges Story:

After being in the restaurant business for many years, I was disapointed in the limited variety of BBQ sauces.  They were either too bland, too ketchup like, or loaded with smoke.  I soon realized that to have the perfect BBQ sauce I was going to have to create it!  With just the right amount of spicy and sweet, rich and thick.
